Your study programme with added value Professionally top and very well looked after

We are your partner for your studies and accompany you on your way to a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

You can count on us at all stages of your studies: Preliminary internship, practical semester/working student activity and final thesis. Or you can choose the "all-inclusive package" and join us on the path to a degree with a practical focus. You decide and we support you. We have many years of experience in supervising students in engineering-related and business studies. That sounds a bit "dusty?" - Not at all! We work on the innovations of tomorrow and you are already a part of them during your studies.

A broadly based transfer plan lets you dive deep into the world of the specialist departments. The variety of different departments not only helps you to get to know the complex processes within an industrial company, but also offers you the chance to find your passion. You will meet a mixture of experienced employees with a great deal of expertise and innovative minds who will be available to answer all your practical and theoretical questions. You work independently on meaningful projects, can realise your own ideas and always have people you can rely on at your side. Maybe you will even find your place during your time with us, where you want to continue to be a magnet for success after your studies.

  • From when can I apply for a study place?

We start every year for the beginning of the study programme in September / October already one year before in July. Generally, we do not have an application deadline and you are welcome to apply at any time.

  • What other options are there for students?

We also offer a wide variety of internships, project work and theses as well as attractive career entry opportunities with accompanying personnel development management. Please feel free to send us your application on your own initiative.

  • How can I apply?

The easiest way to submit your application is via our online portal. Please upload and attach your complete and informative application documents.

  • Which application documents belong to a complete application portfolio?

Please send us your motivating cover letter, your CV and your last two school reports. If you have already completed internships, you are welcome to attach your certificates.

  • How can I make sure that my application has been sent successfully?

After you have sent your application online via our homepage, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive this, the transfer did not work.

  • How does the selection process work?

After receiving your application, we will contact you immediately. Ideally, we will arrange an interview with you directly. Your interviewers will be a student advisor from the area of studies and a person from the HR department, more precisely from the "Training and Further Education" department. There is no special dress code. The main thing is that you feel comfortable. The interview will last about 45 minutes and offers you the ideal opportunity to convince us of your qualities!

After the interview, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible. We will do our best to respond quickly so that you can continue planning. Should it take longer, you are welcome to call us at any time and ask for an interim status. Especially if you have already received an acceptance letter from another company, but would prefer to study with MSM and become a success magnet! :-)

  • How can I prepare for the personal interview?

Use the interview to convince us of you! After a short round of introductions on our part, everything initially revolves around you. We want to get to know you as a personality and find out whether you would fit into our team. Therefore, please tell us a little bit about what makes you special, what your strengths are and how you like to spend your free time. Of course, we would also like to know why you applied for this particular degree programme and whether you know what to expect during and after your studies in this field. Therefore, inform yourself well about the tasks and think about what you are particularly interested in. Perhaps you have already gained some experience in this area or have had an exchange with other students? Then we look forward to hearing more about it.

  • What happens after my studies? Takeover?

We train for our own needs, i.e. our goal is to employ all students in suitable jobs after they have successfully completed their studies. In the past few years, with a few exceptions, we have always succeeded in keeping students in their "desired position". As soon as the final thesis is in sight, we therefore contact the students early on and discuss their wishes so that together we can find an optimal solution for all of us. Of course, there is no guarantee for this.

Do you need any help? Then feel free to contact me directly!
